Ik ben fan van Mini Rodini. Moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik veel van de meisjes prints mooier vind dan de jongens prints maar bijvoorbeeld deze vissen vond ik als t-shirt al geweldig. En nu is er fantastisch nieuws... er komt een HOME COLLECTION. Wel alleen te krijgen bij de online shop en bij eigen Mini Rodini winkels maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Ze leveren tenslotte internationaal!
I'm a fan of Mini Rodini. Must be honest there are more girly prints I'm excited about than the boy prints. Not easy for an all boys mum. I'm over the moon happy with the announcement of a new development at Mini Rodini: a HOME COLLECTION. First up are bedding articles available at the online shop and the Mini Rodini flagship stores. Not to worry... the webshop delivers internationally so we can all order.

The new IKONIK range by Darling Clementine

Prachtige nieuwe producten gespot bij Darling Clementine. Met deze IKONIK collectie hebben ze hun papieren en tray producten verder uitgebreid met toilet tassen in diverse maten. De IKONIK producten zijn nog niet leverbaar maar je kunt ze wel alvast vooruit bestellen in de webwinkel van Darling Clementine.
Beautiful new designs spotted on the site of Darling Clementine. With this IKONIK collection they're taken their product range a step further from paper and trays to different sizes wash bags. The products are soon available and can be pre ordered in the Darling Clementine webshop.

A new addition to our family: LLOYD BENJAMIN

Those of you who follow me on Instagram have already met him... to others: here is our new addition to the family. Our son Lloyd Benjamin. Born on the 9th of September and both mother and son are doing great.

Wise words from 'the doctor'

Tis altijd slim om te luisteren naar 'de doctor' dus ook als het om House Doctor gaat. Op hun blog staat deze mooie foto met de boodschap 'Zoek een prikbord en "pin" ook eens op de ouderwetse manier'. Heerlijk om de hele dag fijne inspiratie om je heen te hebben. Al zou mijn bord wel andere foto's bevatten, het idee en de boodschap is super.

It's always smart to listen to 'doctor' advise also when it concerns House Doctor. I came across this image on their blog with the message 'Find a noticeboard and "pin" the old fashion way as well'. Great to be able to see inspiration all day. Although my board would have different images I love the idea and the message.

Vintage meets modern in a very successful way

Het is zelden dat ik iets post van wat ik in een nieuwsbrief in mijn mailbox lees. Vaak denk ik dan 'niet meer origineel want die hebben anderen ook al gezien'. In dit geval bij de nieuwsbrief van Retro Villa kon ik deze mooie beelden niet voorbij laten gaan. Een prachtige combinatie van vintage behang en moderne illustraties en geometrische vormen.
Seldom do I repeat what I read in a newsletter. I often feel that by than so many people have seen it that the value of a blogpost is lost. But with these great images by Retro Villa I have to share. Hopefully not all of you are subscribed to their news. I love the combination of the vintage wallpaper and the modern illustrations and geometric shaped decorations.

Note: there are plans to redesign the garden the coming year so it might be your last chance to visit this great event. Just a little heads up in case you are in doubt wether you should go this year....

Unfortunately the chance of meeting me there will be slim. Our time planning wasn't very good as I am due to give birth around this date. So enjoy it double, also on my behalf.

Hij bestaat al een tijdje maar ik was deze nog nooit 'live' tegen gekomen, een poster uit de collectie van het Deense merk Rie Elise Larsen.  Onlangs zag em in de etalage op een tripje met wat fijne andere bloggers en ik was meteen verkocht. Zeker met een 50% korting sticker erop. Deze gaat mee naar Singapore. Gescoord bij Jannissima concept store in Eindhoven.
It's been around for a while but I had never seen it 'in person'. This beautiful poster by Danish brand Rie Elise Larsen. Recently I was on a shopping dining trip with a few fellow bloggers and I saw it in a shop window. Instant love! Specially when I found out it was a 50% sale item. This one will be coming back to Singapore with me. I found it at Jannissima Concept store in Eindhoven.

Ook fan van fijne kleurtjes en leuke prints. Kijk dan eens bij TOVE, de website van Zweedse ontwerpster Tove Johansson. Nu nog met name werkzaam in opdracht van anderen maar er is een eigen webshop onderweg. Iets om zeker in de gaten te houden!
