Slaapkamer kantoor

Als je huis klein is moet je creativiteit groot zijn. Maak bijvoorbeeld een werkplek op de slaapkamer. Maak er een heerlijk bureau van met slimme opbergers. Zie hierboven wat voorbeelden van Hus o Hem. Met sfeervolle accessoires en een gordijn om 'troepjes' weg te stoppen kom je een heel eind. Het onderste uitklap bureau is van Bolia. Heel bijzonder handwerk

Vandaag kwam ik in het online papier mache magazine weer een geweldige vonst tegen. De stoelen van Soojin Kang. Het zijn oude stoelen in een nieuw geheel stoffen jasje. Iedere stoel is hiermee uniek. Zo wordt een saaie oude keukenstoel of een krukje een kunst object voor in je huis. Wederom, in mijn creatief mapje. Het wordt eens tijd dat ik er ook mee aan de slag ga.... 

Today I came across these chairs by Soojin Kang in the online edition of papier mache magazine. Each chair is unique and handmade. They're old chairs covered in fabric. Again, something to keep in my 'creative' folder online to keep in mind for when I have more time....

Gisteren opgehaald, eindelijk in huis: mijn Tapiovaara

Gisteren ben ik naar Maarsbergen gereden om mijn prachtige Marktplaats.nl Tapiovaara stoel op te halen. De mooie Mademoiselle. Ik ben er enorm blij mee. Nu is hij nog zwart, bij Fryd og Design spot je deze stoel in warm roze kleuren maar ik blijf voorlopig nog even bij het origineel. De juiste kleur komt vanzelf. Het zijn vonsten als deze waardoor ik zo enorm van Marktplaats hou.

Yesterday I drove to Maarsbergen to finally collect my Tapiovaara Mademoiselle chair I had bought on an online auction site. I love it! It is black but you can spot this chair in pretty pink on the Fryd og Design site. I'm not sure what colour mine will be, time will tell. It is findings like this one that make me love those auction sites.

Nature's calling

De tijd van bezinning, uitrusten en weer opladen is gekomen. We gaan een weekje naar de sneeuw. Vanaf maandag 21 februari zijn we terug met wat ik nu al kan verklappen een geweldig interieur én blog link erbij. Dus een weekje even balen dat we er niet dagelijks zijn en dan weer 'business as usual'.

It's time to take a moment to reflect, relax and recharge. We're off to the mountains for a week on the slopes. But we're back on Monday the 21th with what I can already reveil a great interior and a blog link to match. So just a few days and we'll be back for business as usual!

Hoe geweldig zijn deze Happy Town houten poppen. Allen handbeschilderd door Lorena Siminovich, designer van Petit Collage. De speciale editie houten poppen is alleen niet op haar eigen site te vinden. Je komt ze tegen op de site van Curiosity's Shoppe in Amerika. Bij mij staan ze al in mijn opslagmap 'creatief' om op een rustig dagje zelf eens uit te proberen. 

How great are these Happy Town wooden dolls. All handpainted by Lorena Siminovich, designer of Petit Collage. These special edition wooden dolls are not in her own shop. You can find them on website of the Curiosity's Shoppe in the US.

They are posted in my 'creative' storage map to try to DIY on a quiet day.

Een vrolijk en ietwat artistiek kindermerk uit Denemarken is Bang Bang Copenhagen. Je vraagt je af hoe de fotoshoot gegaan is als je de sobere snoetjes ziet maar de kleding is so cute! 
A cute and somewhat artistic Danish brand for Childrens clothing is Bang Bang Copenhagen. You wonder if the photoshoot was fun when you look at the little faces. But the outfits are too cute!


Om even te laten zien dat fotoshoots ook enorm veel lol kunnen zijn hier even wat beelden van Ola and Olek, een Engels merk.

De beurzen tijd is altijd zo fijn want je ziet weer zoveel nieuwe mooie producten. Zoals in de nieuwe collectie van By Nord. Weer geweldige nieuwe poefjes! We hebben nog een paar van deze kettingen van Tine K Home maar ze vinden hun plaats niet helemaal op onze woonaccessoires webwinkel. Wie heeft interesse voor nu slechts € 7,50 per stuk inclusief verzendkosten? Laat het ons weten en dan maken wij er een order van. We hebben met name nog de peace tekens en enkele sterren.
