All it takes is COURAGE

What some women have with shoes I have with posters. I have a wide variety of posters in my house. Both on the kids rooms, in our bedroom and in the living room. I have so many that they are overlayed in their frames and every now and than I put another one in front. Here's the thing... This poster has been on my mind for quite some time now. I really like the 'pep talk' you can find in the different posters of I LOVE MY TYPE. And this 'courage' one is my favorite and a 'just be you' for my boys room. And as you can see in the pictures by I love my type they suit every interior.

Light up my initials

Most likely I will attend the Maison and Objet in Singapore this March. Looking forward to seeing some of this Graphic Lamp collection by Delightfull. I love the font of the G and would love to see the M and L up on the boys room. Let's find out if we have to break the bank for that...

You know more than you think you do

De eerste keer dat ik PINTEREST leerde kennen kwam ik heel veel leuke typografie posters tegen. Deze van Anthony Burrill kende ik echter nog niet dus dank je Vlinspiratie voor de inspiratie. De grijs/zwarte combinatie zou geweldig staan in ons huis en ik hou van de positieve teksten.  

When I first discovered PINTEREST I came across many nice typography posters. This one by Anthony Burrill was new to me so thank you Vlinspiratie for the inspiration. I love the grey/black color combination and the positive message.

Geduld... niet MIJN sterkste punt.

Dit zou een vast beeld moeten zijn als ik eens gebrek aan inspiratie heb (ja, dat komt wel eens voor). Erg grappig. Moest er hard om lachen. Gespot op Society6.

Voor voornamelijk zwart/wit prints met humoristische teksten of mooie afbeeldingen moet je bij het Engelse ONE MUST DASH zijn. My most recent discovery from the UK is printstudio ONE MUST DASH. Lines as 'If I had a French accent I would never shut up' or 'Children left unattended will be sold to the circus' are combined with nice typography. Sometimes we play on Instragram

Soms komen er op Instagram uitdagingen voorbij waar je gewoon aan mee wilt doen. Zoals deze... Vorm het woord LOVE in vier letters met dingen uit je omgeving. Bij mij werd dat de knuffel van mijn zoon, onze grote zeer handige parasol, mijn 12 jaar oude 'witte' havaianas en gevlochten gras omdat mijn zoontje dat zo'n 10x per dag probeert te eten. om te zien wat de rest heeft verzonnen zoek je op #lovein4pics.
Sometimes you get a challenge on Instragram that you just want to join. Like this one... Form the word LOVE in four letters using images of everyday things. I used the rabbit from my baby boy, a huge umbrella that provides shade in warm days, my 12 year old 'white' havaianas and braided grass that my boy tries to eat about 10 times a day. Vandaag 40+7

Voor zij die het misschien nog niet wisten, ik ben zwanger. En inmiddels wel behoorlijk zwanger! Namelijk 40 weken + 7 dagen. Druk bezig met een zeer belangrijke productie dus. Ik heb me heel de zwangerschap goed gevoeld. Soms denk ik wel eens 'met meer energie dan daarvoor'. Lang heb ik niet begrepen wat men bedoelde met de laatste loodjes maar het wachten beginnen we wel een beetje beu te raken. Gelukkig vermaak ik me nog goed met Pinterest, Twitter en Instagram en al mijn online vrienden. Dank je voor jullie support. En hopelijk kan ik maandag een extra blogje, tweet of instagrammetje besteden aan ons nieuwe wondertje.
For those who may not know it, I'm pregnant. Pretty far along now as I'm 40 weeks + 7 days. And it is a very important production I'm working on: our first born. During my entire pregnancy I've been very lucky to feel very good. Loads of energy! Sometimes I think even more energy than before. For long I didn't understand what they meant with the burden of waiting but now we're so ready we don't want to wait any longer. Thank god I have my blog, pinterest, twitter and instagram to keep me busy. As well as the support of my online friends. Thanks for that and hopefully after this weekend I can post an extra blog with new of our little miracle.
